1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph33a ("ph33a," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph33a website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on ph33a, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ph33a's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph33a Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

ph33a reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access ph33a's games and services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ph33a account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph33a uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph33a reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph33a login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph33a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph33a support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph33a operates in compliance with PAGCOR-aligned Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time ph33a deems necessary. ph33a reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph33a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), major debit cards, and bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph33a does not accept deposits in foreign currencies without prior arrangement.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ph33a account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. ph33a does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ph33a seven days a week. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ph33a reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the ph33a cashier section and may be updated from time to time. ph33a reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts based on risk assessment, verification status, or regulatory requirements.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ph33a is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. ph33a reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected. Funds deposited to ph33a must originate from legitimate sources owned by the registered account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph33a offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. ph33a reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met or where bonus abuse is detected.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph33a prohibits bonus abuse in all forms, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, ph33a reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

ph33a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

ph33a offers over 1,200 games from certified third-party game providers, including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and specialty games. Game availability may vary and ph33a reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Random Number Generation

The outcome of each game round is entirely random and independent of previous results. ph33a does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, ph33a reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. ph33a shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Disputed Results

Players who wish to dispute a game result must contact ph33a support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. ph33a's decision on disputed game results is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph33a Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph33a staff or other players;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ph33a account to any third party;
• Accessing another player's account without their explicit authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph33a Platform — including but not limited to the ph33a brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph33a or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph33a Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph33a Platform without the prior written consent of ph33a.

Any unauthorized use of ph33a's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. ph33a actively monitors for unauthorized reproduction of its brand assets and will pursue all available legal remedies against infringers.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

ph33a strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ph33a's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory directives.

9.2 Exclusion of Warranties

The ph33a Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph33a disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph33a's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph33a account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Consequential Damages

ph33a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ph33a has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Privacy & Data

ph33a collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a ph33a account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph33a implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph33a cannot guarantee absolute data security.

ph33a will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services (for example, sharing data with payment processors to facilitate transactions).

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by ph33a

ph33a reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, cheating, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected money laundering; or any other conduct that ph33a reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform or its players.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access the ph33a Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to ph33a.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ph33a account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph33a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph33a will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ph33a Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.3.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph33a, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph33a support. ph33a will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph33a from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
